If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@naturalslim.eu as soon as you can with your order number and what you'd like changed, and the team will do their best. Once an order is already on its way, it follows the return process below.

We ship across Spain, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, as well as the UK, Switzerland and more. Orders over €50 ship free within Spain, and orders over €100 ship free across most of Europe. Full rates by country are on our Shipping Policy page.

Usually 3–6 working days. You'll receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, with your proof of purchase. Please email support@naturalslim.eu first to start a return — don't send anything back before requesting one, as we can't accept unannounced returns. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — allow a little extra time for your bank to process it.

Yes. Payments are handled securely through the website's checkout, and your card details are never taken or stored over the phone.

Every product page has its own FAQ section, with that product's usage and dosage, full ingredient list, allergens and warnings. This page covers the general questions; for anything product-specific, open the product's page and read its FAQ.

Many are — but not all. For example, the protein shake contains milk and soy, and a few of the capsules aren't vegetarian. Every product page lists that product's ingredients and allergens; tell us which one you mean and we'll gladly check it for you.

Most keep well at room temperature in a cool, dry place. A couple — like the oils — are best kept cool, and coconut oil can turn solid when it's cold, which is completely normal. The label always tells you.

No — they are food supplements, meant to support a balanced diet and the NaturalSlim program, not to replace medicine. If you take medication or have a health condition, it's always best to check with your doctor, and your consultant can guide you too.

We won't promise numbers — everyone is different, and we'd rather be honest than make claims. The System focuses on helping you understand and support your metabolism, and your consultant can talk you through what's realistic for your situation. Many members first notice the change in how their clothes fit and in their energy.

You can certainly read Frank's books to understand the ideas — but the program works best with a consultant guiding you, and that first evaluation is free, so there's an easy way to start.
